J-B Weld Editorial Review

JB WELD MAC8265-S-TEX 8265-S Auto Weld is an excellent product for people who are looking to repair things rather than replacing them. It works perfectly for sealing internal cracks in central heating pipes, repairing pinholes on a cast iron radiator, and stopping paint leakages at the weld between filler neck and tank. It is impervious to chemicals once fully cured and can withstand temperatures up to 550F when fully cured. It is easy to sand down and takes paint well to create a hidden joint. It is an amazing product that works similar to welding and is extremely tough. However, it should not be used to bond mild steel to glass oven doors as it might not be heatproof enough.
