  • Question: How many users can be stored in the control board?

    Answer: The control board can store up to 20,000 users in its memory.
  • Question: What is the input format of the reader supported by the control board?

    Answer: The control board supports the wiegand 26-40 bit input format for all 125KHz or 13.56MHz card readers with compatible protocol.
  • Question: What types of databases are supported by the software?

    Answer: The software supports Access and SQL databases.
  • Question: I have a single door setup with exit and enter readers, but both read as "in", in the persons inside button?

    Answer: You have to enter advance parameters and turn on the antipassback feature. This will allow one reader.
  • Question: Can I control access to doors by just a time schedule?

    Answer: The "Task-List" is what you want if you want the doors to change to open at 8:00 AM (for example). The "Time Profiles" is only for narrowing the time that users can open the doors with the readers. Note: There is no "Holiday Over-Ride in the software. You set your schedule up from now until the next holiday. Then you start the next schedule up after the the holiday.
  • Question: Do you have a working link for the software. All the links posted do not work. Is the software work with Windows 10.

    Answer: Search the mfg website it is there. It will work with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10.
  • Question: How do I control and manage data and software from more than one computer on network? Can software or data be installed on network drive?

    Answer: There should be one and only one "Server" with the database for all the controllers. I suggest making this a SQL server using the free Microsoft SQL Epxress 2008. Other computers running this software would connect to this server. Also, consider setting up a computer that multiple people can remote into (one at a time) to avoid confusion.
  • Question: Do you have an sdk for this board? I want to develop my own software for it, can I get some info on the communication with the board?

    Answer: Sorry, it does not support SDK for it.

    Answer: Sorry, it does not support Linux.
