Here is a recommended recipe: n- Dry ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of plain flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons of powdered sugarn- Wet ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil or melted butter, 1 1/3 cup of milknMix the dry ingredients together, beat the egg whites until stiff, beat the egg yolks with sugar until white, mix everything gently with a spoon. Fry until golden and let it dry on a baking rack! -
