Not only does the Armor SX5000 help prevent the damaging effects of water absorption, such as cracking, spalling, and pitting, it also reduces the formation of efflorescence, mold, and mildew.
Additionally, this sealer is approved by the Department of Transportation as a water repellent, making it a reliable choice for driveways, walkways, patios, garage floors, warehouse floors, and shop floors. This sealer is designed to maintain the natural look and feel of the substrate while providing up to 10 years of life before recoating.
