- The Atmor PRO XTP 36kW Electric Tankless Water Heater delivers high-performance, on-demand hot water with advanced energy efficiency and safety features. Ideal for 4–5 bathrooms in warm climates or up to 3 bathrooms in cooler regions, this compact, wall-mounted unit provides continuous hot water for multiple showers and faucets. Self-modulating technology adjusts energy use to maintain a consistent temperature while maximizing savings. The digital control panel lets you set the water temperature from 90°F to 125°F in 1-degree increments for personalized comfort. Stainless steel internals resist corrosion and connect easily to ¾-inch NPT fittings. Over-temperature protection includes dual safety cutoffs for added peace of mind. With a temperature rise of 35°F at 7.3 GPM, 45°F at 5.46 GPM, and 55°F at 4.47 GPM, this unit is built for whole-home performance. It is cETL certified, lead free, and has a 0.99 UEF rating.
