    Answer: The kit includes a high-quality quartz sleeve and transformer with a 20' power cord.
  • Question: How can I get the medium back into my bio filter?

    Answer: This isn't in contact with the medium and by the way, I had major issues with water leaking into the UV unit

    Answer: Yes... The power cord is only for the UV light...

    Answer: Yes, that's the filter we purchased this for.
  • Question: I have to purchase a new kit every year because the tubes fill up with water, why?

    Answer: First make sure the uv is taken out, if it's left outside over winter any moisture can create a hairline crack. Always use silicone grease on the O-rings twice a year. When it's shut off, then on, do a water test. If you're not sure on a water test, how to do, please email me.

    Answer: New fittings and new bulb. Seals much better than the old model.
  • Question: I have the PondMaster Clearguard 16,000 gallon pressurized. Does this conversion kit fit it?

    Answer: Yes, it does. You can also buy the replacement UV bulb, but if you shorted out, it's probably best to get the whole kit.
