The Brita replacement filters come in three different shapes for different types of Brita products - on-tap faucet, pitcher, and soft squeeze water bottle. For those struggling with chlorine taste in their city water, the Brita filter does a fantastic job of removing that and leaving the water tasting much better. The filters also last much longer than expected. However, it’s important to note that this filter is not capable of removing big contaminants such as lead, nitrates, nitrites or arsenic from water. Despite this, it is still a great and more sustainable and economic way to drink water at home with a convenient and easy to install filter.
