Hi, has anyone seen an amount (# of grams) of fish oil or omega-3's contained in a tin?
Answer: Anchovies contain odd omegas, specifically omega 7. The best source of omega 3's is found in sardines. Flax seeds are a good source of omega 3's when ground up in a smoothie. Macadamia nuts also contain odd omegas.
