Compared with a standard plate-loaded setup, the M11 Elite adds dual 117 LB weight stacks for faster resistance changes and easier day-to-day training. Each side also includes a 13 LB plate-loading holder, so you can still add Olympic plates when you need more total resistance. To further improve cable performance, every pulley on the machine has been upgraded to aluminum pulleys, delivering smoother movement, better durability, and a more premium training feel. The M11 Elite also keeps the structural and usability upgrades that make the platform more refined, including 2 mm front uprights, 34 adjustment holes, a higher front pulley for a fuller range of motion, integrated storage for bars, plates, and attachments, optimized plate organization, and higher Smith lock positions for better walk-through space.
