Can you change the bulb in this light if it is too bright?
Answer: No, it has a 50,000 hour life LED which means at 8 hours of use per day it should last about 17 years. By then there will probably be something better than LED anyway. The LED itself does not appear to be removable / replaceable. -

Answer: The beam angle of the 50W LED flood light is 120 degree. It can light up an area of 7.5ft width from 4 ft away. So most of the 8ft sign will get direct light, while the very edge will receive some reflected light. -

Answer: Yes, the arm of the light is 180 degree adjustable and it is IP65 waterproof, so it can be adjusted upward or downward. -
