Answer: I love this seasoning. I use it really often. Acknowledging that everyone’s taste buds react differently, I can only pass along my impression. I do not find the Maple overwhelming (in fact I would love the Maple to be more pronounced). It is a blend of flavorings that meld together really well. I will definitely be ordering this again. -
