Answer: Just like factory hinges there are no bushings. The door pins sit directly in the hole, unlike the factory pieces they should not seize since the Kentrol pieces are stainless steel. -

Answer: These are stainless steel that is powder coated black. -

I have a 87 wrangler that requires the screw hole that is common to the door hanger has to be countersunk. Is this hole countersunk?
Answer: Mine were not counter sunk.
