The Bissell BigGreen is a versatile scrubber/polisher that can be used on tile, grout, carpets, and hardwood floors. It is a wet scrubber with a removable solution tank mounted on the handle. It does not suck up dirty water, so you will need to use a mop or towel to wipe up the residue. It comes with dual pad drivers that use either pads or scrub brushes, making it a great all-around scrubber/polisher. The brushes are pretty stiff, so they may leave a pattern on rubber gym floors. However, the machine also comes with a pair of softer brushes that are better for surfaces like rubber gym floors. The decibel level of the machine when running is noisy but not that of a vacuum. The product is defective for some customers, and the rod that lifts to release the cleaning product does not work. The scrubber seemed to be worth the money until it fell over and broke the glass on a hutch. It will not stand up without leaning it against something. Some customers found the instructions lacking and confusing, and green scrub pads that need to be attached to the bristle brushes did not stay on the machine. However, other customers found the scrubber worked great on their carpet and floors, and it was easy to set up and use. The machine does an awesome job on carpets and provides a lasting shine with a gloss look on hardwood and tile floors.
