What are the dimensions of the bowl? Diameter at the rim, height?
Answer: Measuring from outside the rim, the bowl is 10 inches wide; inside 9.5 inches. It is more than 5 inches high. The base is 5.5 inches wide on the inside. -

Can I use this in an Instant Pot?
Answer: The glass mixing bowl is not intended for Instant Pot use, as it would be too intense of a heat source. -

Can I use this as a double boiler on top of pot?
Answer: Our Glass Food Prep and Mixing Bowls are not recommended for stovetop use. -

Answer: The biggest Bowl is about 4" deep, medium is about 3.5", smallest about 3" deep. -
