Upadesa Sahasri: A Thousand Teachings is a condensed version of all 11 of the main Upanishads. The book is written by the big giant head of Advaita Vedanta himself, and this old-school truth is not New Age pop yoga platitudes. It's an excellent book for an excellent price and helps in learning Sanskrit meanings and exploring non-duality from a Master. This book is a bit of a dry read, but it's Jnana/gyana, and the context is important. Its full of wisdom information about self, and to truly understand it, one must live the life of the perfect matrimony, which is the yoga of spiritual regeneration. Reading it purely on an intellectual level will not reap the entire benefits. However, half a loaf is better than crumbs. Overall, if you want to learn the teachings of Upanishad and lack time, this is the book for you.
