This intake will not work with my Johnway 150, the carburetor hits the crossmember. Has anyone come up with a good idea to make it work?
Answer: I was unable to make that intake work on my Tao Tao Powermax 150cc scooter. I took a 30mm hole saw and drilled out the rubber part of my stock intake. Then I ground out the metal inside to 27mm. This was the only way I could get the carburetor to clear the crossmember of my scooter and hook up the air cleaner. -

What's the overall length? My stock length is about 2 1/2 inches, and the Nibbi intake (3 1/4 inches) is too long for a Maxxam 150 go-kart.
