Product Details
- The coaxial design of the IN-8 V2's tweeter and midrange is a revelation for studio monitoring. By positioning these drivers on the same axis, the IN-8 V2 avoids the off-axis lobing and uneven high-frequency response that plagues traditional 2-way monitors. The result is a stunningly clear, detailed stereo image that makes it easy to build a complete picture of your mix and dial in the sound you want. Kali Audio's second generation of loudspeakers incorporates lighter, more responsive transducers as well as an improved cabinet for greater reliability. The IN-8 V2 benefits from these upgrades with 12dB less self-noise, 3dB higher max SPL and an overall smoother, more natural sound. The refined tuning also provides a flatter frequency response so you can trust what you're hearing. With a front-firing port tube and boundary EQs, the IN-8 V2 delivers optimized bass response for any room. The port tube reduces port noise while the boundary EQs allow you to adjust the bass response based on the monitor's position in the room. Whether placed close to walls or in a more open environment, the IN-8 V2 provides accurate low-frequency reproduction. Despite their compact size, the IN-8 V2 monitors boast a max SPL of 112dB, enough power for any studio application. Their rigid yet lightweight cabinet construction also makes them suitable for portable use. With the included carrying bags, the IN-8 V2 can accompany you anywhere audio excellence is required.
