It produces delicious and crispy bread, cakes, soft pretzel dough, and pizza dough with a variety of crust colours to choose from. The instruction manual is easy to understand and recipes are well laid out. It is lightweight, takes up very little space, has a convenient handle and a beep reminder to remove the paddle or reshape the loaf. Additionally, the timer feature was an added bonus that worked perfectly. Assembling and operation is super easy, just put the ingredients in the pan, select the size and crust colour, and press start. The beeps to indicate the right button press were okay, but some wished there was a tune or song to add to the enjoyment of making bread. However, its size is just right for a small household, although it may not be suitable for larger families, and may require frequent baking to cater for them. Overall, the Zojirushi BB-HAC10WZ mini bread maker is highly recommended for anyone who wants to start enjoying fresh and delicious bread at home.
