It is not waterproof, but it is water-resistant and can protect electronics like phones from short-term exposure to weather. The bag has one open pocket on the side for a bottle and a putter. However, it may not fit all water bottles, only slim or skinny bottles with a 2 1/2" base and under can fit. It does not come with any discs or water bottles. The dimensions are 9.7x8.5x7 inches, and it does not have any points to attach backpack straps.
