Question:
There are no instructions on how to correctly insert/use the soft discs, having never used a cup/disc before is there a link or any advice?
Answer: Pinch disc in half and slowly slide into the vaginal canal pushing back and down toward the cervix as far as it will comfortably go (typically the length of your index finger). Use your finger to tuck the rim behind your pubic bone, so it rests slightly diagonally. You can also refer to the YouTube clip at https://softdisc.com/how-it-works/ -

What brand of ovulation tests are included?
Answer: Video could not be loaded -
Question:
Do you put the disc in straight after the insemination or after the 45mins/1hour with your pelvis tilted?
Answer: I'd leave my pelvis tilted for about half hour then pop the disc in. Then stay in that position for another half hour. I don't think there is a right or wrong way to do it. Hope that helps. -
Question:
How do we get more syringes?
Answer: At the moment syringes can only be bought alongside the kit. Syringes will be sold individually but not for another few months yet unfortunately. -
Question:
The photo on the kit shows babystart lubricant but one customer said the lube she received in the kit was clearblue. Which one is it please?
Answer: Thanks for your question. I've never used clear blue lubricant and get babystart directly from the wholesaler. I pack all these boxes myself so wouldn't have put anything else in. Is it possible for you to send me a picture? I'm very sorry for this mix up and the stress it may have caused you. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of it. -

Answer: Unfortunately you can't buy these separately. Sorry. -

Can you reuse the syringes once sterilised?
Answer: It's not recommended to re-use the syringe even if sterilized.
