- The new Smartlux® Digital is an ergonomically designed, portable video magnifier with full HD camera that features a 5” reflection-free display, large field of view and personalized setting options. The LEDs are individually adjustable and a new customizable menu provides 14 color contrast mode options, adjustable lines and blinds and more. The new Smartlux Digital® has an easy-to-use interface with four color-coded tactile control buttons and provides a customizable reading and writing solution for those who are visually impaired. The integrated stand allows for 3 different uses: fully retracted for hand-held use, fully extended for placing on reading material and partially extended for writing under the display. An optional handle is available to provide optimal stability and a supportive grip and an eyelet at the bottom of the magnifier allows for a lanyard to be attached so it can be worn around the neck. A quick 50 fps refresh rate provides a clear image when the device is in motion so there is no smearing or ghosting effect. The photo button allows for freeze frame images or image capturing where photos can be stored on the device (8GB internal storage). Connect the Smartlux® Digital to an external screen using the HDMI cable for live streaming images or use the USB connection to transfer photos to a computer. A protective zippered case, charger, cleaning cloth and around the neck lanyard are included with each video magnifier. For extra protection, the optional Smartlux® Digital Bumper is available to minimize damage if dropped.
