Answer: I ordered 2 black and 2 burgundy. The burgundy was listed as patent leather, but it's not, so far as I can tell. The shine is a little different from the black, but it's not the super-bright shine or the hardness of patent leather. -

Do these shoes have a big or wide toe box?
Answer: For me the toe box was too narrow. I have foot issues and can’t wear shoes that crowd my toes. I had to return these shoes. I wish they had fit because they were cute! -

Answer: I usually wear a size 6 so that is what I ordered (6M) - my other Clarks are a size 6 - heels - and they fit perfect and are wonderful, comfortable shoes. I bought these shoes for a job I just started where I am on my feet 4+ hours at a time, walking and standing. My toes felt like they were just smashed after about 2-3 hours and I couldn't wait to get these shoes off my feet. I'm thinking they are not true Clarks, or else they do not run the same as my other Clarks. I have to return them but not sure if I should try a different size of just get a completely different shoe. They are very stylish - I absolutely love the look. I bought the black interest color and they are so cute. -

Answer: A wider width. -

I wear an 11.5 wide which one should I order?
Answer: I wear an 11w, but sometimes my foot is swells and shoes will be tight. These fit great. If I were you I would order 11.5 wide. I didn’t check; if that size is not available, I would order a larger size based on how shoes fit me. You maybe find that shoes fit you differently. -

What color is the stitching on the black leather and the burgundy?
Answer: Both colors of shoes have medium brown stitching. As a result the black becomes a contrasting stitch and on the burgundy it is tone on tone.
