    Answer: Yes it does. However opt for the Moen Tub / Shower valve that has a solid brass cartridge. It’s the valve that one pulls out to turn on the flow

    Answer: Yes there is a tightening adjustment on the holder and the rail is metal. It looks and works nicely. Only complaint is that the directions provided in the box are simply pictures no actual instructions. Be sure to measure your wall as to where you want to drill other than just relying on the picture with the number of inches provided. Great product no complaints, would order this again.
